>>40321109Cringe and brainlet. They don't have giant aspirations, but they're a legitimate crime syndicate. They rob, steal, kill (pokemon at least), intimidate, they have their hands in corporate espionage as well as money laundering. They're not trying to be autistic megalomaniacs, they're just criminals, and I think there's a beauty to the simplicity of that, though Gen 2 Rockets were eh.
