The other stuff I could ignore like the tree and the dex cut but after having all the animations done in Alola and then implementing it in LGPE how do you really not have this as an established staple like trainer customization? That was the most disheartening thing.

I would like to have that a lot.
But come on they didn't do it when they had models+animations in USUM. Now they cant even put all Pokemon with basic animations much less make them walk. Most bootlickers here don't even care about it anymore, not that it would matter.

What annoys me is that, just like ridable mons, it was scrapped from the main games solely so the Let's Go spin-off could keep some appeal

I'm literally mad. One of my favorite moments was during an HGSS nuzlocke when I pressed A on my Larvitar just out of boredom and I suddenly got hugged. It's little touches like that that that make all the difference.

let's be honest, no following pokemons doesn't really hurt, it's been awhile we didn't have that
(if you bought let's go then you're to blame)

What's hurting the most is that we can't ride pokemons in the first game we have an open area
it's stupid to be back to the bike.
