On 4chan you can remain anonymous so nobody knows who is typing these opinions.
As a result, people tend to show their true feelings on things that they would never show out in society, where people would look down on such behavior.
As such, they are not only able to post hate speech, but shitpost and other stuff. With how many people post without care about other's feelings, 4chan has become something of a hate-culture.
Thus, on 4chan people show some of their true nature.
Of course, there are other reasons such as 4chan being a place to vent your stress, but majority of the time it's people being horrible people.
So, when confronted with such a fact, they tend to make a mockery of themselves and throw tons of insults around. Simply by posting such a post, I have been insulted and mocked by people.
Even when you use logic to represent something, they'll just hurl tons of insults. Of course, they do use some logic sometimes, but barely.
So, on the topic of trans girls and boys.
Some people would see it as a good thing to vent their anger/stress at.
Some people actively hate it and would complain about it endlessly. Simply, by using logic to talk about gayness or something else would lead them to call you a faggot, etc. and a link to the lgbt board. They would also complain if that there was too much talk about stuff they dislike, and not enough of stuff they like, even though there would only be 1 thread they dislike on a entire board of stuff they like. Of course, some of the dislike is reasonable for things that are actively disgusting, but some are ok and as such it would be unreasonable for them to complain so much about it.
Some people seem to hate everything that disagrees with them. It is not a wonder why people would call them bigots.
