i dig this, always felt like the strange pea green color was off for a big softie like dragonite
personally i'd go with the same colors gen 2 charizard's shiny had, pretty much barney but teal/purple works so well together for me

I always thought my favorite mon was deserving of a better shiny than bright pink and gold, so I made one emphasizing its ice type and also referencing its original color scheme in gen 2.
