>>40329678It's hard to say right now. If it gets Belly Drum + Extreme Speed, and it can set up, it can easily get to UU with just Sucker Punch, Extreme Speed, plus something else. Dark and Normal is really good offensively, and currently only 11 Pokemon in the game resist the type combination: Tyranitar, Mawile, Lucario, Pawniard, Bisharp, Cobalion, Terrakion, Carbink, Klefki, Diancie, and Magearna. (If you count Megas, it'd be 15, but Megas are a moot point as they are not in SWSH anyway.) And a few of these Pokemon probably won't even be in SWSH, so that number is probably reduced to around 8 at most.
I expect Obstagoon to be slower and bulkier than regular Galarian Linoone, but somewhat more powerful as well. Speed isn't as big of an issue since Extreme Speed has really good priority. It gets Guts so if you want to cripple it with paralysis, burn, etc., you punish the opponent that way.
Defensively it sucks, so you don't want to use Obstagoon if your opponent has pesky Fighting-types around.
Obstagoon is a Pokemon that has star potential or shit potential. It needs two moves to be really viable. (The third, Sucker Punch, is helpful as well, but not as important.) If it doesn't have both of those moves, it sucks.
