As for the cities, we haven't seen any shots of the mushroom forest town, the town south of the snowy town, or London. And we only got a small glimpse of the skyline in the dragon fortress city which seems like it must be massive.
Though, we have seen the inside of the Rose Stadium in London, but only cause there seems to be an early cutscene that takes place in it.
