They're not going to go this far anon
At best they'll remove the postgame island and replace it by Pasio (Masters region) in order to have a pseudo PWT there

Nope, Stark Mountain doesn't exist either because Heatran isn't in the Sinnoh Region's Pokedex.
This also means you're unable to get Regigigas, Cresselia, and, because these are DP Remakes and not PLATINUM Remakes, thus the Pokedex will be based on DP's, a fair number of regular Pokemon won't be obtainable, either, despite having literally debuted in Gen 4.
