I do believe they will reveal the starter evos, at least the middle stages that is. They know this is what people are waiting for thats why they want to keep it for the final moment to maximize the hype.
Also im 100% positive their trump card will be KANTOOOOOOOOOO starters gigantamax forms (or at the very least Charizards) because GF always thinks KANTOOOOOOO is the main promo train. Wont be surprised if Mewtwo gets one aswell
Aside from that they might reveal another legendary and/or pseudo legendary. Im also sure they will reveal another feature of the game. They always have some for the final promo point. Like they had Battle Tree for SM (even if it was disappointing in reality) and Episode RR/legendary hunt in USUM
And of course few more mons/forms
