With so many pokemon who could either tank physical or special moves, I always had wondered what a pokemon would be like, look like and play like that was designed above all else to tank both types and basically have the best typing, stats and movest that was fit just for that one goal: to tank hits and survive as long as possible, while still being able to at least do some form of damage.

What would such a pokemon even be like? And without going into mythical or legendary-tier BST, what would be the ideal/optimal base stats for this pokemon without going too minmax with it?
