That's the fucking point with a heel wrestler Pokemon. All of the heel wrestlers on wresting shows have large, well defined muscles everywhere and love to show them off even if it gives them a negative reaction. Just give it digitigrade feet and make its hands look more like genuine paws.

The arm proportions and bigger upper body don't bug me as much since tigers from a glance look like they have the same, and a lot of mons have wonky proportions themselves. Hell, Feraligatr has a big hump and man-fingers no actual gator has. But it looks like a gator simply standing up from a glance, so would better cat-like hands/feet do the same for Incineroar.
