No summary has stated anything along the lines of Torracat evolving, and SM143's title is Gaogaen VS Nyaheat, not Gaogaen VS Gaogaen. I was genuinely surprised when Torracat evolved.
I am glad Torracat evolved as I think Ash should have more type diversity for his Pokemon, and he got rid of his last Dark-type. But Incineroar will barely have anything to do unless the writers decide to focus on past Pokemon in the new anime.
