They'll all evolve at the same time and all gain typings on their last evolution like Kalos and Alola. It's boring, mix it up a bit.

Why can’t they do it like they did Gen 2 and 4. Even Venusaur evolves pretty early I believe.

I kinda wished they bumped the evolution levels up some maybe 21 for middle stage and 42 for final

Venusaur at 32 instead of 36 is the only difference for Kanto. Sinnoh's were mostly pretty standard besides Chimchar to Monferno and Turtwig's line in general. Chimchar evolves at the exact same levels as Cyndaquil but the level curve in Sinnoh means it doesn't feel like you spend an eternity Monferno as it does with Quilava.

I feel the levels they evolve at now is perfectly okay for starters. You still get to spend some time with each form. Not like your power leveling your starter from the get go, but if you are then I don't know if bumping the level up +5 is going to give your the time you want to bond with your Pokemon.

Or if you had johto and picked up fire starter then it is 1-6 first evo
