Ferrothorn and Heatran are other examples of OU steel mons with x4 weaknesses. Steel/Poison actually resists 10 types while the others resist 9.
It would be amazing at dealing with Fairies which run ramapant. It hits all the Tapus super effectively and isn't weak to any of their STABs.
Qwilfish already has intimidate which would be a great ability for it. I can also see Iron Barbs as a second ability.
It gets Spikes and Toxic Spikes already and Steel type usually get Stealth Rock.
It would also get Water moves to threaten any Ground or Fire mons that would try to swittch in on it. Not to mention the ground weakness can be remedied with Air Balloon.
It also has a decent speed already. If this form/evo keeps that speed, it could come in handy.
