I'm gonna buy it anyway because it looks fun. The wild area could be cool and I like a lot of the new pokemon. Sure not having the national dex sucks but it's not like I'm going to use all 800+ pokemon anyway, 90% of them just sit in my box anyway. All the competitive battling I just do on showdown which will have all the pokemon so there's really nothing lost.
