Switch version exclusives for Swirlix/Spritzee and Cottonee/Petlil.

The 24 hr livestream that revealed Ponyta (a Shield exclusive) also showed Cottonee and Swirlix.

Knowing GF, not only will it be reversed, but each version will have a move tutor that only teaches defensive moves (shield) or offensive moves (sword). So yeah, defensive move tutor but great offensive pokemon in shield, and the reverse for sword. Reason? Ha ha ha, I don't really know XD
