Donphan should have an ability that raises Speed by 1 stage when a spinning or rolling move is used.
Rapid Spin, Rollout, Defense Curl, Gyro Ball and such.

But it's not fine.
As many Pokemon as possible need to have unique abilities and niches. As it is, Donphan is just an entirely generic Ground type in terms of stats and moves. The wheelephant design is really wasted without special mechanics that empower rolling attacks.

Nigger say what? Generic ground type? wtf is that? There are no generic ground types. And donphan has enough tools to set it apart. The only ground type that plays similar to donphan is hippow.

And to top this all off you want this nigger to boost his speed too? If you gave him a way to boost his speed he just becomes a worse golem. That green text up there is why donphan sees any amount of competitve play. You go ahead and use rock polish golem and see how far that gets you. Donphan would be worse than that.
