It has to, surely. This is probably the most deserving of all the Pokemon to get a Galarian form/evolution since it's, as far as I'm aware, the only Pokemon in the original 151 to be based on a UK legend(The Loch Ness monster).

It would also be logical for the Galarian version to be the original in lore, with the Kanto one being a variation of it.

The list was its chronology through the franchise history. Lapras mostly got spotlights in the anime, movies and game appearances be it Unity Cave, Surf mon sprite or rideable Pokemon.
