The eyes are the same shape, but the color of Volcarona's one is the same.
The mouth is different, the mouth of Venomoth is more linked to Mothra.
The wings are of a butterfly, and this is visible from the rounder and larger shape, while Mothra has longer and thinner shape, which are characteristics of a moth. Not the colors nor the pattern is linked to Mothra itself.
