Im looking to transfer my old ass pokemon on leafgreen and firered to my 3ds but i only own a nintendo ds and a 3ds with pokemon moon, what the fuck do I gotta do

Download pokehex on pc
Backup gba/ds games save and transfer it to your pc
Backup your 3ds game save and transfer it to your pc
Open two windows of pokehex, on the first one load your gba/ds save and on the second your 3ds game save, then drag and drop your pokemon.
I think that pokeSM (save manager or something) which is like a homebrew bank, works with gen 4 and 5 games, so you could just use that.
