I'll be honest, i just don't see him being noticeably popular anywhere really. It's dumb to use anecdotal evidence, but none of my Pokefag friends like him. There's been facebook, Twitter and reddit polls since then and he's never placed highly in any of them. Most of the reception i've seen Incineroar get online perfectly parallels what i see in /vp/. Come to think of it, is there any website where his reception is more unanimously good? As in, someplace where he's actually recognized as best of gen over Rowlet or Mimikyu?

He was a sleeper in VGC until he got Intimidate and everyone and their mother started using him

Part of the issue is most boys and men don't like Primarina unless they want to sexualized it. So of the Gen VII starters, it's a two horse race between Incineroar and Decidueye.

Yeah, nah. That's bullshit. They had their biggest Favorite Pokemon survey 5 months ago and Incineroar was the lowest ranking of the Alola starters.He didn't even reach Top 200. Owlcuck got twice as many votes as him.
