Why do people think that Gen 5's mons are a rehash/copy of Gen 1's?
Because some of them have the same type?
Because they share the same purpose?
Because they are based on the same things/animals?

Did everyone forgot that in every pokemon game we have a "Rattata", a "Pidgey", a "Weedle/Carterpie" and so on by the time BW came out?
