>Tourney Rules modeCan't use items mid-battle, have to play on Set mode, can't use legendaries or more than one of the same pokemon, etc.
>Randomizer modesGiven its popularity and exclusivity to emulated games it feels like a bad idea not to try and create an equivalence in-game. Similar options to what's available in the universal randomizer.
>Survival modePokemon centers no longer provide free heals.
Plus whatever ideas you can throw into the ring. Modes can be mixed together, as well.
I feel like these challenge runs are a pretty big part of Pokemon nowadays and adding this natively to the game would be huge.
