Tyranitar feels like the only Pesudo which is a total monster with a honorable mention going to Hydreigon.

Plus for HG/SS you could realisically raise one before you get to the Elite four and use it to bulldoze Kanto.

Not really, Its literally just open up the Safari. Get up to Blackthorn and then you have the desert tiles open to you to catch one.

I usually only have a team of two/three so leveling up Larvitar by using the rare candies stockpiled, trainers, and that one patch of grass with level 41 Milktanks/Ditto's makes it pretty easy.

Honestly his usefulness is entirely dependent on how good sandstorms are and the competition. So in some gens hes a legitimate threat and in others he's only in OU because of legacy and being too good for UU.

I don't want them to buff Hail as much as just give one or two better Ice mons.
I like that Hail damages everything that isn't Ice. It's a very harsh weather, moreso than sand storms so I think it's great that there isn't a M-Swampert tier, every Hail team needs this on its roster, Slush Rush abuser.
For positives, I think Blizzard never missing is just enough. Not many things want to take STAB Blizzards with a 10% chance to Freeze and it absolutely shits on Minimize, Moody and other Evasion boosting sets.

SR Mega is the best set though, followed by DD Mega. AV isn't even good. If you're going to run regular Ttar it's for sand support on teams with another mega (Chople Berry is best here) or for wallbreaking (Band). None of those sets are very good atm.

Honestly, quad weaknesses aren’t the sole hindrance to a Pokémon’s viability. Pokémon like Heatran, Landorus-T, Gliscor, Garchomp, Dragonite, and Salamence all have a quad weakness to something, but their great stats, movepools, and various metagame matchups vastly outweighs the negatives associated with said quad weaknesses.

Quad weakness is just as much a blessing as a bane. If I send out my tyrantiar then it's obvious my opponent will try and switch to a fighting type. By creating avulnerabilty, acting on that vulnerability becomes all the more apparent.

I was going to suggest Refrigerate for Regice and the Rock & Steel equivalents for Regirock and Registeel respectively. That'd make their Self-Destructs a lot less easy to check.

For Regigigas, they need to either change how slow start works (either 5 turns pass and it's gone forever or lower it to maybe 2-3 turns instead of 5), give it a Hidden Ability (prob Truant), or make an ability-suppressing held item.
