Tell that to Senran Kagura's Yumi, Lyn from Fire Emblem (or to a bigger extent, Camilla), and Mortal Kombat's D'Vorrah, all characters who people dislike that get lots of attention from their creators.

As someone who's used it in a nuzlocke setting, I know it's actually kinda tough with Super Luck + Scope Lens. It's not my favorite but I like it nonetheless.

I hate using it because it's absolute fucking garbage stat and movepool wise, and has no worthwhile abilities. The male's design pretty nice with the heart mask, though, but there's no reason to use it.

Real talk, Unfezant is a good/decent birdmon design whose only flaw is the BST and moveset disconnect. That and it came after Staraptor.

Pidove is unironically my favourite Pokémon and has been for years. But I hate Unfeazant, why does a pigeon/dove/columbiforme evolve into a fucking pheasent, it's dumb.
