Its design is bad, its type makes it weak and doesn't have the stats to make it work like Moltres or Talonflame, it relies on one of the worse flaws of the genre to be competent in the game it debuted in, it represents everything bad about Game Freak's marketing strategies and the casual fandom, it was a shit character and shit fighter in the anime, and it's a boring end to Charmander's line.
