I don't even care that they didn't fix the tree

I care that they did put forth the effort to improve other parts of the game visually, but left the tree alone

It's because the tree was probably always really low on their list of priorities AND is in the wild area, which is a more technically demanding area and probably the only spot in the game with a lot of slowdown. That's my guess.

There's too many sweaty nerds being armchair game developers in this toxic fandom.

All of these complaints just boil down to the national dex. Suddenly the graphics and the art are bad because dunsparce isn't in the game.

For fucks sake. It was going to happen eventually. Having close to a thousand pokemon (and all of their variations) in future games is just overwhelming, both for the game design itself and for the competitive meta.

This image tells me one thing for sure, in fixed areas there is no dynamic resolution, the pixel match perfectly in both images, this fits in with Town which also didn't have a dynamic resolution system which makes me think this game wont have one at all meaning its gonna most likely perform like ass, since a game the is much smaller than this running on the same engine chugged like fuck.

The lightning is exactly the same, you can clearly see it by looking at both pictures back to back, and NPC are all premade, copy-pasted models, you just have to place them and call it a day.

making walls and pavement isn't so hard since its a repeating pattern. There is nothing special about them in Pokemon and probably took around 10 minutes to make.
