Yes they are, they're Machamp, Pikachu, Charizard, Butterfree and Gengar. Considering three of those are Gigantamax, it's easy to guess that Machamp and Gengar are also getting those forms, the last one is probably Lapras due to the Affleck leak.

It's the first roadblock. You can't go in because they're trying to grab the Wooloo and the after you beat Hop a second time Leon tells you to head to the station and enter the wild area. You then learn Wooloo made a mess of the place running around.
