Encore is the shit. People seriously underestimate how debilitating this move is. I used to run an Alakazam set with Encore and Substitute, it fucks everything up. If you have a fast Encore user, you can switch into any non-attacking move and score at least one free turn for your team. Status moves, set-up moves, sat boosts, etc, people have no idea how hard Encore fucks their shit up until they experience it first hand.
