Pretty good honestly, but the first stage looks a bit bland, could use more personality, and the middle stage is a bit too much of just a middle ground between the two. Pokemon usually have more unique middle stages.

Definitely a 2 stage with Chillibun having very tiny horns to foreshadow the bigger rabbit, or just Frostare and the bigger rabbit. Agree fully with >>40446773

I think Chillibun is a teeny bit on the bland side but otherwise I already like it more than Scorbunny by a lightyear. The rest of the line is also pretty good (especially the final evolution) as well and seems to be more of a sweeper which is good for ice type (especially considering that ice sucks as a defensive type and I still question why gamefreak still keeps making slow and bulky ice instead of fast sweepers).

Might I reccomend Jackalanche?

Also, if this thing was a special attacker, it could be terrifying. Freeze-Dry+Aura Sphere is the single deadliest STAB combo.

I don't think so. Not everything has to be a gimmick of some sort, sometimes base Pokemon are just allowed to be cute and marketable. Chillibun looks like it would fit in with the current Pokemon aesthetic just fine. And the gradual progression from stage 1 to stage 3 is fine, I think.

The middle stage is better than the other two. But the final is badass and the first is cute. So everything is solid. The final should have wings though. Snow hare, Jackalope, Wolpertinger is what I think would be coolest lineage

Uhh I'm not really a hardcore player so I don't focus on stats but I think it would be speed and special attack focused, like a glass cannon sort of thing?
For ability, berserk? I'm totally open to suggestions from more knowledgeable people though
