Paralysis Orb would benefit Electric types, Quick Feet/Guts users as well as Limber/Klutz mons. Guarantee paralysis with Fling/Switcheroo/etc.

Sleep Orb is not great but could facilitate gimmick Sleep Talk sets as well as benefiting mons immune to it that can move it to an opponent as a poor man's Spore.

Confusion Orb is also not great, but Tangled Feet users would appreciate. Klutz, Own Tempo, and others could benefit as well from a reoccurring confusion effect.

Guts users don't want to be paralyzed since Guts doesn't prevent the speed drop or the paralysis chance
Electric types already get access to moves that can paralysis, so they get no benefit from holding a Paralysis Orb
Quick Feet users would be the only real of a hard benefit

Tangled Feet with a Confusion Orb would be interesting, but it's basically be a complete RNG fest since you'd be permanently rolling the dice to see whether you hurt yourself for an evasion increase

Just meant as far as immunity is concerned. Rotom, for example, could use this well. They could come in on a Ground move and paralyze Ground-types.

Will never happen because nobody wants to fight pic related. Also because near-permanent sleep for a single Trick is way too good (remember, every time you wake up, you're back to sleep again).

Yeah. With hazards you obviously rack up a lot of damage, without hazards you can still stall the game a lot with some help from RNG.

>For those who don't know what Riolu does, here's the gist of it. Prankster negligibly boosts Roar's priority to -5, but more importantly boosts Copycat's priority to +1. What this means is that once you get Riolu into battle (preferably unscathed and free from status), use Roar the first turn. Riolu can then immediately copy its own Roar and shuffle the opponent again. Because Roar remains the only move last used, as the opponent didn't get to attack, Riolu gets to start a chain of Roars which the opponent is unable to stop unless they themselves have priority that can outspeed Riolu's (though Sucker Punch will fail, it can still disrupt the Copycat chain), so keep that in mind. However, also note that if you do anticipate an opponent's (faster!) priority attack, going for the manual Roar again allows you to keep the chain going without taking a stronger hit.

That's the obvious usage.

You'd have to be slower than your opponent for this to work, but that's easy.

Stun orb quick feet facade ursaring would be pretty dope at the very least

Sadly guts and quick feet get nothing from paralysis and sleep, so the combo of sleep orb + sleep talk wouldn't work. Klutz + ice orb would be kind of cool but probably broken considering the way people would use it.

I get what the point of the set is but don't you essentially beat it as long as you have priority attacks and patience, or just a magic bouncer?

If they work the same way Toxic and Flame Orb do (activates at the end of every turn) then Sleep Or would be outright broken

Someone with insomnia could just trade it away and essentialy make a single opponent on the oppsing team useless

You have to rely on Whirlwind RNG to bring you out to your priority user though, and in the meantime you're taking SR, Spikes, maybe Toxic damage every time you're switched. It's not unbeatable or even consistent, but being able to completely hold the game hostage until you run out of Sleep Talk PP is pretty dumb and something that should be avoided.

yes, is a niche mon that works on Hazard stack. But Magic Bounce isn't exactly the most common ability and you should get rid of any priority user before sending Crobat (same thing with CC Riolu)

Assuming it just uses normal sleep, then the opponent would get to use a move when you wake up and sleep talk fails. Still cancer but not as bad as Riolu.
