SubProtect Gliscor with Guillotine counters anything that can't break it. It's stall with a "get things over with" button so it's reliable in that regard. Then it still checks things that need to setup and is an out if Gliscor needs to 1v1 something that will destroy your team.
Evasion can be defeated by Haze and Clear Smog on top of accuracy checks and phazing.
Baton Pass capitalizes on big mistakes.
No sleep clause means if you have no counter on your team, then you have to, ahem, "hold that" and play the odds.
