All attacks made by against this Pokémon are neutral in damage (no weaknesses, no SE damage)
Signature move is Arc Arrow, 90/-, never misses and hits all opponents in the field, doing double damage if hitting through moves like protect/substitute
Design inspirations: CMYK (eternatus being the 'key'), classic ice/fire/electric trio, abilities initialed GSC
Personally unsure of the latter's ability/move but I think it works as a foil to the other two
