Unless you mean it just gets bigger. Fraxure and Haxorus have clearly have different body figures. Fraxure is short and chubby whereas Haxorus is tall and slim.
>bigger armor platesI would give you that if Haxorus didn't have more armor. But you are right in that their armor around their neck is generally the same shape with slight tweaks to better fit their bodies.
>bigger mouth bladesTheir tusks are way more different from eachother than axew and fraxure. Fraxures tusks are supppsed to resemble a pickaxe while Haxorus' look like a battle axe. They're different shapes entirely.
