There is no other line in the franchise with a 10/10 first stage and a 0/10 second stage like the Chinchou line. What a disaster.

The simplest fix is to make a branch evolution off Chinchou to make a scarier anglerfish. Maybe it evolves with a Dusk Stone, and becomes an Electric/Dark type.
