Why? WHY couldn't this have just stayed as Wartortle's evolution? If this Pokemon stayed it would easily be one of my favorite Pokemon in the entire series. I hope Gamefreak brings it back some how, as a actual Pokemon and not some lame gimmick like D-Max, G-Max, and Mega evolution.
