Meganium. It's not my least favourite or the most offensive by any means, but it's just there. It's the least interesting. There's nothing it really offers over any other Pokemon as a design, as an in-game Pokemon or as a competitive Pokemon.

Honestly the only ones I really don't like are Chikorita, Totodile, Cyndaquil, Chimchar, Snivy, Tepig, and Chespin lines.
Chikorita and Totodile lines are just BORING, they don't really add anything cool to the lines. Kinda the same with Mudkip too.
Chimchar, Snivy, and Tepig are inundated with ugly yellow useless embellishments on them for no reason (I actually think Infernape has a reason but I can't remember).
Chespin line is just kinda ugly.

I have issues with the Gen 1 mons as well but I think they're obv.

I don't dislike any of them, but some of them have disappointing or weird evolutions, like Samurott or the gen7s turning into furries

The last ones don't work so well but maybe with the coming generations all starters could be rearranged into new trios
