Overall my favourite would probably be Medicham or Banette, I really like the formers additional elements in particular the spiritual arms but also the design has nice shape to it building on what was already present in Medicham but not in an overly intrusive way like Abomasnow. For Banette it's the idea of its undoing the zippers and revealing part of the creature within, it's a great way to play with the core design concept but doesn't just go completely overboard like Manectric does which basically ruined its design becoming a lightning bolt with legs.
As for the Latis it really just comes down to the fact they change fuck all and look even more similar now, people bitch about the Genie Trio looking similar but at least their Therian Formes made them look more distinct this is the opposite.
