You want Desmume for DS. Just put in roms DS in google and you should find it very quickly.

Citra is what you want for 3DS, and you'll find it easy too or just search for Vimm's

If you want to play Back and White, why not go for Pokemmo instead? You'll be able to play online, and even play through FireRed and Emerald

I use NO$GBA for everything but BW2, which I us NO$GBA + No$Zoomer (funny name i know)

And Drastic on phone.

Desmume is slow as fuck, it runs relatively smooth, but lacks the extra (*2 or so) speed NO$GBA provides.

And MelonDS is a relatively new emulator, it doesn't speed up games but allows you to trade, just make sure you use two copies of the emulator + rom in two different folders.
