Grookey is my top choice, hands down, but its design is definitely weirdly plastic like the other two. The OP image demonstrates how odd the placement and clean edges of the orange and yellow markings are; even though Grookey is my favorite, Sobble's markings are slightly more believable. Yet Grookey's proportions are the best of the three.

I really like Sobble, but I have a feeling its evolution will be really ugly and it ruin it. Scorbunny looks very basic, but has the potential to turn into something really cool. I'm still undecided.

If they'd at least shown the mid evolutions I would've already decided but Game Freak is taking an absolute shit on this hype season.
