>>40490826>>40490832>>40490883OP here, the only reason why I say so is because if you follow the pattern of nintendo's gameboy, wii and ds consoles; there's always an upgraded version of the initial console. For example we have had gameboy/color, however we have had the advance released as an upgrade to the original gameboy, thus likewise, we had the ds, which was then upgraded to the 3ds and the Wii to the Wii u.
Although this example does make sense, there is the likelihood that there won't be switch pro next year or if there is, then that would be the last of its line, with it spanning for til the end of the 12 years from the initial switch release.
I even checked how long the other consoles were released for and their upgraded releases and they fall around the same 12 year span.
