I was one of the lucky people to play Pokemon Sword and Shield for 90 minutes. It’s such a beautiful game. Better than expected. In the early routes you see many new Pokemon.
In the forest there is this spider called webathrill. It’s a black spider with one massive eye with purple patterns and it’s on this bright yellow web. A bug and poison type.
On Route 1 I encountered 5 new Pokemon. One of them is called Ikfoxan. This is a little orange and black fix. People in the town refer to them as pests quite a lot but it’s so cute, I had to have one.
I don’t like Professor Magnolia. She seems like a very dodgy character who I got the sense that she didn’t want to talk to myself hop and Leon. After you battle hop for the second time, she battles you right after. She seems very secretive and dare I say mean. Sonia was absolutely lovely and helpful though.
Wild area is a dream come true. So so so many new Pokemon and it felt amazing and really beautiful. I spent half hour there but if I could, I would of spent hours there easy. One of the new Pokemon there is called Beemor. This is a big bee with bits of armour on and a massive metal stinger. From what I can tell, Beemor and vespiquen battle whenever they see each other. It’s like the Tyranitar and Duraludon situation. Beemor is a bug and steel type.
Greedunt is such a cute squirrel. When you shake those childish looking trees with berries on too much, it jumps down for battle. He’s a normal and grass type.

That 90 minutes flew by, it’s the best Pokemon games yet and I can’t wait to play it again it was so fun and beautiful just the best Pokemon game so far. Running around in the wild area made me think of myself as a kid running around. So fun. Not long to go.
