What are your favorite locations in the games?
Is there any particular place you'd like to revisit in a future game, even as an isolated birth island-style event?

Sapphron City. My first game was Crystal, and the Theme makes me feel so at home.

Plus I always wantes to live in a big city, make friends there, go out take a coffee in one of those comfy shops, city center is only 10 minutes of train etc.

Instead I live in a very shitty place where in autumn they let potato rot for fertilizing terrain and it all sounds like Mother Nature took a shit here and left. Train to city center is 40 minutes and passes every hour, good luck if you are late/train gets delayed/canceled. No good shops and people are apes.

So yea. Sapphron City was like living the dream

Agreed. I wish so badly that we got a 3rd version. The games themselves have a lot of problems, but Kalos is a region is really underrated.

Stark Mountain for me, or really the entire Battle Zone in Sinnoh. It felt like some proper exploration and was a great bit of post-game content to explore. The route themes were also some of the most underrated in Sinnoh.

It's a shame that there's nothing to really do there apart from the lame item trading, but I think it really says something about the atmosphere of the place if people still remember it despite its lack of things to do.
