Have you even fucking played gen 6? I was able to EV train my entire team in like an hour before I even started battling with them. If they are going to do this they should bring fucking super training back.

assumng we have seashells, nature changer and dexnav to find mons with egg moves and HA, what is preventing you from just catching a new optimal mon after the story and just EV train it the dumb way afterwards? why must you EV train your mons during the story? are you planning on doing comp battles during the story?How does exp share affect you at all?

Yes anon that is exactly the problem, finally you understand. EVs as of gen 7 are incredibly hard to repair. If they are keeping the EXP share on 24/7 and don't add a new method to reset them, that completely defeats the purpose of things such as nature changing except for shit like shinies.

I'm with the anon you're replying to. I also liked super training and hated how they removed it in Gen 7 because I DID want to EV train my in-game team.
In the end, I had to ignore my autism until I got to the point where I could access the pelago to fix the shit with the wrong EVs. At least there was a workaround.
