That's normal and normally the consumer actually stops buying something that's consistently a terrible product. So, normally this leads to companies producing high quality products as they don't want to lose their consumers, which allow them to keep existing.
Pokémon fans however have literally zero standards. As long as Pikachu and Charizard are in it they'll happily pay $60 plus tip for any game.
