If it only works in the wild area I'm fine with it, since there are no trainers anyway and it just removes the tedium of having to walk back to the pokemon center if you need a specific pokemon for something

having it work everywhere would be stupid, the entire point of picking out a party should be to take the pokemon with you that have the best chance of letting you make it to the next destination.

Normally putting a pokemon in the box heals it, which doesn't break the game because you can only access the box in places you can heal. How is it going to work now? Surely you can't just freely heal through the box at anytime.
