What's a Pokemon you've changed your mind on? Could be in any way; negative to positive or vice versa. Pic related always kinda just flew under the radar for me, I'm sure largely due to how common it is, but in recent years it's become one of my favorite in the whole series. It just nails it on all levels from concept to design. It's a real Pocket "Monster" while also clearly having a base animal it jumps off from. Tentacool is just as cool.
