With Emboar and Samurott you're absolutely right, but Serperior is sitting pretty in OU. Competitively it's one of the best starters, period.

I love the Gen 5 starters, no matter what people say. Only thing I would change is have Samurott stand on it's hind legs in battle, but don't change anything else about the design.
