Giant Chasm was a total rip off of Send Off Spring. Both are large craters that have a cave in the center that leads to a monstrous dragon legendary who is the outcast of the main trio.

Sinnoh is kino and Unova is a ripoff.

You've generalized it too much. Sendoff Spring was a hidden portal on a lake and Giant Chasm is a crater from meteor. Having legendary is always a bonus point for a route, and legendaries are often dragons. Third legendary is an outcast as a convention, but both places have different climate and meaning.

There was a time in between HGSS's release and Gen 5 where it was good. People understood the core of the series. That was back before global releases so you had the fun off new stuff about the games coming out but then several months where only people who spoke moon could actually play them.
