There. If you think the attack buff is too much you can ignore it. The appeal here is improving its bulk so it can set up screens better. Taunt is there for extra utility and Poison Jab is a little extra coverage

huge power ability is the only ability that would make a significant impact on such an unredeemable shitmon, otherwise you'll need to completely overhaul its stats

but really instead of trying to improve such a hopeless mess as ledian, it would probably be better to just allow it to evolve again

I honestly believe Ledian needs an evo this gen to salvage itself this time. And to not go too strong, I'd say something like this for stats would be good:

>Ledistar
>Bug/Flying
>Ability - Lady Luck: Moves that are type-resisted by or have neutral effectiveness on the opposing pokemon have a higher chance of landing a critical hit (30% chance higher for resisting types, and 10% higher for neutral types)
>HP: 70
>Attack: 60
>Defense: 55
>Special Attack: 65
>Special Defense: 125
>Speed: 115

Unsure how good this would be, but it would hopefully give it something.

With his current base speed and defenses, no amount of attack boost is really going to help. His stat distribution would need to be redone from the ground up

Like if his HP wasnt shit and he had better support utility he'd at least be useful, but with 55 hp the special defense amounts to shit, and his movepool isn't great either way
