>>40529081As far as we understand right now EXP is now scaled across the full party. So if your level 14 Pokemon and your level 7 Pokemon are both in the party the level 7 will gain more EXP, while the level 14 will gain less. In addition I believe the Pokemon in front will still matter in regards to the exp they gain too so if it gains 20, they gain like 6 and 10 or whatever (Not accurate math just pumping out numbers) Not sure which playtester had mentioned it though.
